Easy to book, no problem with solo occupancy. Everything you need in bedroom including hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Staff very helpful. Breakfast, plenty and good choice. Excellent location for Albert Hall and museums.
I can't recommend highly enough this hotel situated near the Royal Albert Hall and the V&A and "Natural History museums. Lovely, helpful, friendly staff. The bedroom we had was a 'Club Room' and couldn't be faulted, it was spotless, quiet and very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The continental and hot buffet breakfast choice was brilliant as was our dinner at the QBar and Bistro. If you are looking for a top class hotel near many of the top tourist attractions then book here. We will definitely go back and stay again!
One night stay as going to show at Royal Albert Hall. Less than 5 min walk away. Polite, friendly and welcoming staff. Easy check in with ID and pre auth done calmly and kindly. Spacious room with plenty of amenities, I was able to connect phones Netflix to TV. Mini bar, coffee pod machine and plenty of toiletries. Check out was midday which was good to know and a good duration for breakfast to account for early risers or more leisurely walkers. Breakfast selection very good with huge variety of continental and cooked buffet, cheeses, fruit juices, coffee, cakes and table service. Very enjoyable stay and will return if back in area, many thanks.
Great hotel in a fabulous location. We stayed for one night, we had a concert at the very close Royal Albert Hall. we had a queen room, cosy but ideal for one night. Absolutely spotless room and bathroom. The location is excellent for the Albert Hall, all the museums and shopping in Knightsbridge/Kensington. Friendly and efficient staff, superb buffet breakfast.
Great location in London close to Kensington gardens and tube system to reach any parts of the city. Staff are extremely helpful and rooms are ok. Bed was a bit short for me for my 186cm. All in all recommended to book. Not on a cheap side though.
Im in London at least once a year for the last few years and always in different hotels 4* or 5*. This one was cleaner than all, people were kinder. Breakfast was tasty, fresh orange juice. Will for sure be back!

He is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful in every way. His warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about guests and goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. Sam is a real asset to the hotel.
Very happy with our stay at The Queen's Gate Hotel. We were made to feel welcome immediately upon arrival and our room was perfect for our one night stay. Fluffy towels and robes, a great shower, complimentary toiletries, water, tea and coffee, quiet air conditioning and good lighting. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on offer at breakfast. Being gluten and dairy intolerant it's hit and miss, but we enjoyed a delicious platter of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, almond milk porridge and omelette cooked to order, plus rosehip and hibiscus tea!
